Overview

Farmsent Energy is our independent power producer and clean-energy development arm. What began as clean power for our own agricultural infrastructure has grown into a dedicated platform developing grid-connected renewable projects at utility scale across Indonesia.

The platform pairs a shovel-ready near-term pipeline approaching 800 MW with a long-term ambition measured in gigawatts. Projects are advanced with land and permitting resolved up front and contracted under long-tenor agreements with creditworthy, state-aligned offtakers — de-risking delivery while adding clean capacity to the national grid.

Rather than betting on a single technology, Farmsent Energy is building a diversified portfolio — spanning solar, wind, and floating solar, with emerging areas such as geothermal and waste-to-energy — matched to the natural resources of each region it operates in.

Utility-scale IPP

An independent power producer that develops and operates grid-connected renewable projects — not just captive supply.

Shovel-ready pipeline

A near-term pipeline approaching 800 MW, advanced with land and permitting resolved up front.

Long-term offtake

Contracted to creditworthy, state-aligned offtakers under long-tenor power purchase agreements.

Diversified mix

Solar, wind, floating solar, geothermal, and waste-to-energy, matched to each region's resources.

Roadmap

Delivery milestones

Phase 1

Captive clean power

Solar and storage deployed to power Farmsent's own agricultural infrastructure.

Phase 2

IPP formation

Established as an independent power producer with a development pipeline and offtake framework.

Phase 3

Near-term buildout

Advancing a shovel-ready pipeline approaching 800 MW toward construction and grid connection.

Phase 4

Gigawatt scale

Scaling into a multi-gigawatt, multi-technology portfolio across the region.

Technology portfolio

A diversified clean-energy platform

Beyond the near-term pipeline, we're actively developing and exploring projects across Indonesia's full renewable spectrum — pairing proven solar and wind with the country's vast untapped resources.

Solar PV

Utility-scale ground-mount solar — our most mature asset class, with PPA-ready projects across Java.

Wind

Onshore wind in Indonesia's high-resource corridors, anchored by projects like Gunung Lio in Central Java.

Floating solar

Reservoir-mounted PV on national dams — capturing capacity without land conflict via public-works partnerships.

Geothermal

Indonesia holds the world's largest geothermal reserves — a natural baseload expansion area we're actively exploring.

Waste-to-energy

Converting municipal and agricultural waste into dispatchable power for Indonesia's dense urban centers.

Hydro & highway corridor

Run-of-river hydro alongside centralized PV on highway-owned land — early-stage programs with state authorities.
